Will our teachers actually use it?
It replaces work they already do. Attendance takes two taps Live and homework is posted once and delivered to parents Live. We ask for one champion teacher per grade, not a school-wide switch on day one.
We already have an ERP. What happens to our data?
During setup we import student, staff and fee lists from your current exports. What carries over depends on what your ERP can export, and we confirm that on the first call. Your old system stays untouched.
What if parents do not have smartphones?
Setu, the WhatsApp line, reaches parents who never install the app Live. The missed-boarding alert falls back to SMS Live.
Who owns our data, and what happens if we leave?
Your school owns its data, and each school's data is isolated from every other school Live. Families can export their own data, you can export year-end records such as the board return and the inspection bundle, and on leaving we hand over a full export of your school's records. Can we start with only fees and admissions?
Yes. A pilot starts with admissions and fees because both show a result you can measure on your own numbers within one term.
